Accenture and OpenAI have established a collaboration to assist enterprise clients achieve new levels of innovation and growth by integrating agentic AI systems into the core of business.

As part of the partnership, Accenture will provide ChatGPT Enterprise to tens of thousands of its professionals for use in consulting, operations, and delivery tasks, while also assisting OpenAI in scaling its capabilities to companies.

To increase the effect of their partnership on clients, OpenAI and Accenture are creating a new flagship AI program that combines OpenAI enterprise solutions with Accenture’s AI experience, as well as industry and function domain knowledge.

Accenture will receive the most recent OpenAI implementation playbooks, industry use-cases, security and deployment insights, and hands-on experience to assist clients in integrating AI into real-world business procedures.

The flagship AI initiative will assist organizations in a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, the public sector, and retail, in transforming traditional procedures into AI-powered workflows.

The program will help joint clients deploy OpenAI agentic capabilities, innovative products, model advancements, and new workflows, more quickly and with greater integration throughout their companies.

OpenAI and Accenture will work on innovative AI-first enterprise solutions for important corporate areas such as customer service, supply chain, finance, human resources, and other critical operations.

Accenture plans to leverage OpenAI AgentKit to assist clients in quickly designing, testing, and deploying custom AI agents that automate workflows, supplement decision-making, and drive reinvention.
